Church of St Nicholas in Malá Strana

The Jesuit Church of St Nicholas was completed in the mid 18th century. The interior of the church is an example of architecture based on interconnected geometrical shapes. The decoration is the epitome of the Baroque style. The tower of the Church of St Nicholas is also an interesting place worth visiting.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart played on the church organ. On his death, a requiem mass was held in the Church of St Nicholas attended by over 4,000 citizens of Prague.
